Every image from your one photo that passes our quality check. We make three takes of the look you choose and only show the ones that pass, so a set can have fewer than three.

What if I do not like the results?

Each photo comes with two free regenerations, in the same look or a different one. If none of the previews look right, you do not pay anything.

What makes a good photo?

Face the camera, stand near a window for even light, and hold the phone so your face fills a good part of the frame. Avoid sunglasses and strong shadows.

Do I need a password or a subscription?

No. You sign in with a link sent to your email, and you pay once for the images you keep.

Every image you buy comes as the full portrait, square crops, a round avatar, an email signature size and a transparent PNG.

What a photographer gives you that we do not

A photographer directs each person in person, takes real photographs, and can shoot groups and locations. Staffshots makes AI headshots of one person at a time, from a photo they already have.

Prices change, so follow the links for today's figures. Studio names only identify their own published prices, and Staffshots is not affiliated with any of them.

What we do with your photo

Stored in the EU
Your photos and headshots are stored in Finland. They are generated by Google's AI, which may process them outside the EU under EU standard contract terms.
Your photo is deleted after 30 days
Automatic. Headshots you buy stay in your account until you delete them.
Never used to train AI
Your photos are not training data and are not shared for that purpose.
One-time payment
