What photo should I upload?

One clear, front-facing photo in good light, with your face filling a good part of the frame. A recent phone photo works well. The most common reason a photo is rejected is simply that the face is too small in the frame.

How many images do I get?

Three takes of the look you choose, from one photo. A take that does not look enough like you is held back, so now and then you see two. If none of them is the one, you can redraw twice for free, in the same look or a different one, and each redraw is three new takes. That is on purpose: what you need is one good headshot, in the same look as your colleagues, rather than dozens to sort through.

How long does it take?

Usually two or three minutes. The page updates itself while it works, so you do not need to refresh.

Can I use the images commercially?

Yes. Images you buy can be used on your website, in signatures, decks, press material and profiles.
