Terms of service
Plain terms for a simple product. Staffshots is operated by Erik Finans AB, Sweden.
What Staffshots does
You upload a photo. We generate professional images from it and show them to you watermarked. If you want files without a watermark, you buy them.
What you may upload
A photo of yourself, taken when you were 18 or over, that you have the right to use. Do not upload someone else's face, a photo of a child, or sexual content. Uploads that break this can be refused and the account closed.
Your images
Images you buy are yours to use, including commercially — on your website, in signatures, decks, press material and profiles. We do not claim ownership of them or of your source photo.
Payment
Payment is one-time and taken through Stripe. The amount and any tax are shown before you confirm. There is no subscription.
Refunds
Previews are free precisely so you can judge before paying. If a purchased file is technically faulty — corrupt, wrong resolution, or not what you selected — write to us and we will fix it or refund it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Generation depends on a third-party model provider that can be temporarily unavailable.
Ending the agreement
Erase your account from the account page at any time. Everything in it goes with it, immediately and irreversibly.
Law
Swedish law applies, and disputes are heard by the Swedish courts. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
