How it works
Buy a credit for every speaker
One credit is one speaker's full set. The more speakers, the less each one costs.

Ordering 9? 10 credits cost less, so you are charged for 10 and get 10. Ordering 20 to 24? 25 credits cost less, so you are charged for 25 and get 25. Ordering 79 to 99? 100 credits cost less, so you are charged for 100 and get 100. Spare credits never expire and cover new hires.

Card, or invoice from 25 credits. No subscription, and credits do not expire, so a credit left over from a speaker who drops out is there for the next one. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days, as long as the regenerations they added have not been handed out.
Pin the event look
Create a team for the event and choose the lighting and the background once. Use your event's brand colour, one of our backdrops or a photo of your own backdrop, all included when the team pays. Every speaker gets the same look, including anyone added to the programme late.
Invite speakers by email
Paste the speakers' addresses. Invitations go to any address at any company. Each speaker gets a link, uploads a photo they already have and agrees for themselves. Nobody needs an account first and nobody is asked for a card.
Download everything
Speakers see free previews, pick their favourites and unlock their set with one of your credits. You download one archive with a folder per speaker: the full size original, a square for the speakers page, a profile picture, a round avatar, an email signature size and a version with the background removed. Ready for the speakers page, badges and social cards.
Speakers keep their set
Each speaker's headshots stay in their own account, to use on their own site, their profiles and the next event that asks. You get matching photos for your programme, and they get a better photo for everything else.
What your speakers should know
- Each speaker uploads their own photo and agrees to its use before anything is processed. Speakers are always invited by email. Adding someone yourself with a photo you already have is only for a company's own staff.
- Uploaded photos are stored in the EU and deleted after 30 days. Headshots stay in each speaker's own account until they delete them.
- Photos are never used to train AI models. To make the headshots, a photo goes to Google's image service with nothing else attached, and may be processed outside the EU.
- You see the headshots unlocked with your event's credits, and nothing a speaker made on their own.
Questions organisers ask
- Do speakers need to pay or sign up first?
- No. The link in the invitation signs them in. They upload a photo and unlock their set with one of your credits, and nobody is asked for a card.
- Can speakers from any company join?
- Yes. Email invitations work for any address. The company join link on the team page is limited to one email domain, so for speakers use the email invitations.
- Can we use our event's brand colour as the background?
- Yes. Pin the colour as the team's background and every speaker's headshots are made on it. It is included when the team pays.
- What if the lineup changes?
- A credit is only spent when a speaker unlocks their set, and credits do not expire. A speaker added late gets the same pinned look as everyone else.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Yes, from 25 credits. Smaller orders are paid by card.
