What photo should I upload?

One clear, front-facing photo in good light, with your face filling a good part of the frame. A recent phone photo works well. The most common reason a photo is rejected is simply that the face is too small in the frame.

How many images do I get?

We generate several from one photo and show every one that passes our quality checks. The exact number varies with the photo, which is why we do not promise a fixed count.

How long does it take?

Usually a minute or two. The page updates itself while it works — you do not need to refresh.

Can I use the images commercially?

Yes. Images you buy can be used on your website, in signatures, decks, press material and profiles.

Will it still look like me?

That is the whole point, and it is why the previews are free. If a result does not look like you, do not buy it — and tell us, because that is useful.

What if I do not like any of them?

You pay nothing. Try a different source photo — better light and a closer crop change the result more than anything else.

Do the photos match across a team?

Yes, when everyone uses the same style. A style is a fixed recipe for background, lighting and framing, so the results line up even though the source photos do not.

Where are my photos stored?

In the EU. Both the photo you upload and the images generated from it.

How long do you keep them?

30 days, then they are deleted automatically. You can erase them sooner from your account page, at any time.

Are my photos used to train AI models?

No. Your photos are not training data and are not shared for that purpose.

You. Images are tied to the account that made them, and a job is only visible when signed in as that account.

You invite them by email. Each person opens a link, uploads their own photo and consents for themselves — an admin never handles somebody else's face.

Yes. The style recipe is locked for the company, so a person hired next year gets images that match the ones taken today.

How is a team billed?

Through shared credits, so employees are never asked for a card. Team credit tiers are being finished — until then a team can use the published per-image price.
