What you get with Staffshots
One ordinary photo.
Each person sends one ordinary photo, such as a phone snapshot. No photo shoot and no batch of selfies.
See it before you pay.
Every take that passes our quality check is shown to you free, watermarked. You pay only for the images you keep.
One look for the whole team.
The team owner picks the lighting and background once. Everyone who joins later gets the same look, so the team page still matches next year.
Your photo stays private.
Stored in the EU. The photo you upload and any previews you do not buy are deleted after 30 days, and headshots you buy stay in your account until you delete them. The headshots are made by Google's AI, which may process the image outside the EU. Your photos are never used to train AI.
Where HeadshotPro may suit you better
If you want a large choice, HeadshotPro gives 30 to 70 headshots for one person and 40 per team member, and advertises thousands of styles. It also offers money back if the headshots do not look like you, on the terms on its own site.
See all comparisonsFree watermarked previews. You only pay for the images you decide to keep.
