Create the team and set the look
Name the team and pin the lighting and the background once. Everyone matches, and someone who joins next year gets the same look. The background can be one of ours, a photo of your own office wall or a brand colour, all included when the team pays. People keep their own clothes or choose a suit, blazer or knit.
Buy credits
One credit is one person's full set. The more you buy, the less each one costs.

Ordering 9? 10 credits cost less, so you are charged for 10 and get 10. Ordering 20 to 24? 25 credits cost less, so you are charged for 25 and get 25. Ordering 79 to 99? 100 credits cost less, so you are charged for 100 and get 100. Spare credits never expire and cover new hires.

Card, or invoice from 25 credits. No subscription, and credits do not expire. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days, as long as the regenerations they added have not been handed out.
Bring people in
- Invite by email. Each person gets a link, uploads a photo they already have and agrees for themselves.
- Share one company link, limited to addresses at your company's domain. Post it on the intranet or in a team chat.
- Add a colleague yourself with a photo the company already has, once they have agreed. They are emailed at once and can see or delete everything.
Everyone makes theirs
One photo each, free previews in minutes, and they unlock their set with a team credit. Nobody is asked for a card.
Download the whole team
One archive with a folder per person. Each person gets six files: the full size original, a square for the team page, a profile picture, a round avatar, an email signature size and a version with the background removed.
What your colleagues should know
- Each person agrees to the use of their own photo. If you upload one the company already has, you confirm they agreed and they are told by email.
- Uploaded photos are stored in the EU and deleted after 30 days. Headshots stay in each person's own account until they delete them.
- Photos are never used to train AI models. To make the headshots, a photo goes to Google's image service with nothing else attached, and may be processed outside the EU.
- The company sees the headshots it pays for, sets people choose to share, and previews it is asked to approve or that come from a photo it uploaded. Nobody can ask a colleague for their private ones.
- Anyone can erase their own photo and headshots at any time.
